From the port or the importer
An imported car usually lands a long way from where its new owner lives. ADR collects it from the port or the importer and brings it to your drive, a garage or a storage unit, anywhere in the UK.
Taimur's import cars are a recent example. David brought them from Southampton to West Sussex, and Taimur wrote that he went the extra mile (literally)

The import Mini Cooper S above and an import BMW Z4, with the auction markings still on its screen, are both on ADR's Google listing. Every car is ratchet-strapped at the wheels and covered by comprehensive insurance while it is being loaded and transported.
What to send David
The collection address, the delivery address, the make and model, and any reference or release details the importer or agent has given you. Tell him if the car is not registered yet or does not run, so he can plan the loading. Cars that don't drive can be moved as long as they roll and steer, so they can be winched onto the transporter.
